Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your website project. You agree to cooperate with Flow Hive Digital to complete the services in a timely manner. Any delays in providing necessary information or approvals may affect project timelines.
Pricing and Payment
All prices for services will be clearly outlined before any work begins. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. Flow Hive Digital reserves the right to adjust prices if additional services are requested beyond the original scope of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final website design and content created by Flow Hive Digital. However, Flow Hive Digital retains the right to use project work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without consent.
Website Hosting and Maintenance
Flow Hive Digital does not provide website hosting. Hosting and ongoing maintenance may be offered as an additional service. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that hosting services meet their needs.
Limitation of Liability
Flow Hive Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms of Service. Upon termination, the client will pay for all completed work, and Flow Hive Digital will deliver any work completed up until that point.
Modifications to Terms
Flow Hive Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top of the page. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
